Debbie Leech, Ed. D.

Owner of Twelve16 Promo and the person behind the plans, timelines, and details that keep everything running smoothly. With a background in project management and education, Debbie approaches branded merchandise with a calm, organized mindset—and a strong belief that things should work the way they’re supposed to.

She’s not a salesperson, and she’s fine with that. Debbie focuses on structure, clear communication, and thoughtful execution, making sure projects stay on track and brands are handled with care. She’s the one asking the questions, setting expectations, and keeping surprises to a minimum.

Debbie has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, which shows up in how Twelve16 Promo operates: organized, intentional, and always improving. The goal isn’t flash—it’s follow-through.

Doug Leech

Sales Sherpa and the Huz. Doug brings more than 18 years of experience in the promotional products industry — along with the relationships, creativity, and steady approach that come from years of helping clients succeed.

 

Doug has spent nearly two decades helping companies find the right products, build stronger brands, and create promotional programs that actually make sense for their people and customers. He’s relationship-driven, easy to work with, and genuinely enjoys helping clients figure out what works best for their goals, timeline, and budget — while making the buying experience simple and stress-free so clients can stay focused on what matters most.

 

He’s the guy making the calls, checking in with clients, brainstorming ideas, and keeping projects moving forward without making things feel overly complicated. Whether it’s apparel, giveaways, company stores, onboarding kits, or event merchandise, Doug focuses on making the process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable from start to finish.

 

At Twelve16 Promo, the goal has never been to “sell stuff.” It’s about building trust, solving problems, simplifying the process, and becoming the kind of partner clients actually enjoy working with. Doug’s experience, personality, and calm, practical mindset are a big part of what makes that happen.

She doesn’t handle timelines, proofs, or freight logistics—but she does keep morale high and reminds us not to take ourselves too seriously.

Often spotted riding shotgun, supervising from a comfortable seat, or quietly judging questionable decisions, Winnie represents what we value most: loyalty, consistency, and showing up every day with a calm presence (and great hair).

​

While Winnie doesn’t weigh in on product choices, she’s a strong supporter of thoughtful planning, smooth processes, and well-earned breaks. If Twelve16 Promo had a dress code, hers would be “casual, comfortable, and always appropriate.”
